Personal growth can be attained through mindful practices. Mindfulness can mean a lot of things, but I consider it to be an acceptance of thoughts and feelings without judging oneself, tuning into the present moment, and understanding that there are no “right” or “wrong” ways to think or feel.
Having a support system of family, friends, coworkers, pets, etc. can be crucial to maintaining a healthful lifestyle. This can be one of the most difficult aspects to attain as it may mean evaluating lifelong relationships to determine if they are healthy. My goal is to provide some insight on how to create healthy relationships in one’s life.
