A health and wellness lifestyle that works!

Sustainable Nutrition

Practicing sustainable nutrition means making smarter choices for our bodies as well as our environment. What we eat has a profound effect on our health as well as the vitality of our natural resources. My goal is to help make sustainable nutrition practices an effortless way of life.

Intuitive Activity

Physical activity should not be a torturous, grueling practice. It is natural for our bodies to move and be active – this lifestyle can prevent disease, mental health issues, and overweight/obesity. I hope to encourage you to move regularly and enjoy every minute of it!

Personal Growth

Personal growth can be attained through mindful practices. Mindfulness can mean a lot of things, but I consider it to be an acceptance of thoughts and feelings without judging oneself, tuning into the present moment, and understanding that there are no “right” or “wrong” ways to think or feel.

Healthy Relationships

Having a support system of family, friends, coworkers, pets, etc. can be crucial to maintaining a healthful lifestyle. This can be one of the most difficult aspects to attain as it may mean evaluating lifelong relationships to determine if they are healthy. My goal is to provide some insight on how to create healthy relationships in one’s life.
